The first fitting should be about 8 weeks before your wedding, most brides book 2-4 months in advance, earlier is better as summer months are busy.
Please bring your dress, the shoes and the underwear as well as any shape wear you plan to use. You may find it helpful to store these with the dress so nothing gets forgotten.
Typically 2-3 fittings, some dresses only need minor adjustments others need more detailed work. For example if we are making a big change to the fit it may be better to do the lengh and tweeks with an extra fitting.
Yes all special occasion garments are welcome, book these earlier in the season as proximity to the date is not as important as bridal.

Bridal alterations can range from £100 to around £500 with most brides spending around £350. Every dress is different, if you would like a quote please send a few pictures of you in the dress front and back and the things you think need doing, I would be happy to give you an estimate.

If you’re in a rush, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate urgent requests, but certain fees may apply depending on the time needed for alterations.
The little studio is based in an industrial estate in Hamble just moments from the shore. It is a ground floor office and there is parking outside that’s first come first serve or street parking is also available.
You’ll try on the dress and we will discuss the fit and pin the dress. We can talk through the options and make sure you are comfortable and confident before work begins.
